What does setup involve, and why is there a fee?
Setup is a real working session, not a self-serve checklist. We connect Toast, your review platforms, and your budget exports, then sit with your team to gather SOPs (comp policy, escalation rules, service standards) and tune the AI voice until drafts read like you wrote them. The one-time fee covers that work; it is listed on each pricing plan.
How long until we're live?
Most locations are connected inside the first week. Day 1 is connections, the agents start working within a few days, and from then on your job is approvals.
What systems do you integrate with?
Toast for POS, Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Airbnb, and Vrbo for reviews, ProfitSword and Restaurant365 for budgets and P&L, Sling and Twilio for schedules and break-compliance texts, and Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for social publishing.
Do AI replies post automatically?
No. Nothing ships without you. Every review reply, action item, and alert resolution is drafted for a one-tap approval from the web app or your phone.
Who on my team can see financials?
Access is role-based. Owners see everything, managers see their venues, and staff roles can be scoped away from money entirely, on both web and mobile.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your operational data is used only to run your account: drafting your replies, scoring your days against your budgets, and building your reports.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The iOS app carries the daily tracker, live labor alerts, reviews, reports, and voice memos that become shift notes and action items you approve.
