What we collect
Account information (name, work email, role), operational data from the systems you connect (sales, labor, schedules, reviews, budgets), content you create (notes, SOPs, voice memo transcripts), and standard usage and device data needed to run and secure the service. Demo requests from our site collect the details you submit on the booking form.
How we use it
To operate your account: syncing your systems, drafting replies in your voice, scoring days against your budgets, sending the alerts and reports you configure, and providing support. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of the platform under contract: cloud hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, AI processing for drafting and organizing, and scheduling. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We also share data when you direct us to (for example, posting an approved reply to a review platform) or when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active and delete or return it on request after termination, subject to legal retention requirements. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-scoped inside your account, and API access uses per-account keys you can revoke.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information by contacting us. Depending on where you operate, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA; we honor verified requests consistent with those laws.
